Contract: Janitorial Cleaning Services

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for Janitorial Cleaning Services.

The purpose of this contract is to establish a reliable service provider to maintain cleanliness in state facilities, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for state employees and visitors. The contract aims to fulfill the state's commitment to providing quality services while adhering to environmental standards.

Work Details
The vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform janitorial cleaning services as specified. Key requirements include:
1. Daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
2. Weekly tasks including deep cleaning of carpets and floor refinishing.
3. Monthly maintenance of light fixtures and ceiling diffusers.
4. Quarterly inspections and reporting on the condition of facilities.
5. Supervisory oversight with a designated supervisor on-site at least once per month.
6. Use of environmentally friendly cleaning products certified by EcoLogo or Green Seal.
7. Maintenance of a daily logbook for service verification and issue tracking.
8. Compliance with safety protocols including reporting hazardous conditions and maintaining equipment in good repair.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, or upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council, lasting until June 30, 2027.

There is an option for extension for an additional two years under the same terms upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various state facilities across New Hampshire as designated by the State Agency.
