Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid for the supply and delivery of aggregates to the State of New Hampshire.

The purpose of this contract is to establish a reliable source for various types of aggregates needed by state agencies. This reflects an updated approach to the historical 'customary aggregate agreement' known as the 'Product of the Soils Agreement'. The contract aims to classify vendors as 'Contracted' for statewide aggregate supply and delivery.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be required to supply different types of aggregates at prices specified in their bid response. Deliveries are expected to be made upon request within the vendor's normal delivery area, although state agencies may primarily pick up aggregates from the vendor's pit locations.

The vendor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for service execution. Deliveries should be made during specified hours on business days unless otherwise arranged with the State. The vendor is also responsible for correcting any defective work or damages caused by their employees or equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on February 1, 2025, or upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, whichever is later. It will run through April 30, 2026, with an option to extend for up to two additional years under mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout various locations in New Hampshire as required by state agencies.
