Construction Equipment and Attachments

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for construction equipment and attachments. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order for supplying the State of New Hampshire with specified items in accordance with the requirements outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items to be supplied:
1. **Turfmaker 550**
- 13HP Honda electric start engine
- Hardened case pump with rubber gears
- Mechanical drive on agitator and pump
- Clear water flush system with auxiliary hose kit
- 75’ x 1.25” clear braided hose with 1 nozzle & hose rack

2. **Sno Pusher**
- Pro Tech SG12L Sno Pusher 12’ – Fusion Edge for wheel loader
- ACS, PS30 Coupler Mount

3. **Brush Chipper**
- Trailer Mounted, Disc Type Brush Chipper
- Minimum 120 HP, liquid cooled tier 4 final diesel engine
- Includes various specifications such as hydraulic systems, trailer specifications, and safety features.

The successful bidder shall provide at no cost to the State a minimum of 4 hours of on-site training for personnel in the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.

Period of Performance
The successful vendor agrees to complete delivery of items within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order or sooner.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also provide proof of compliance with all specified requirements in the bid invitation.
