Compact Wheel Loader

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Compact Wheel Loader. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified item(s). This contract aims to fulfill the state's operational needs, particularly in snow removal and maintenance tasks.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide one Compact Wheel Loader that meets the following specifications:
- Must be used for snow removal, berm maintenance, back dragging, and moving heavy objects.
- Horsepower: Greater than or equal to 62 HP.
- Maximum speed: Less than or equal to 20 MPH.
- Overall width: Less than or equal to 6’ 3”.
- Height: Less than or equal to 8’ 1”.
- Ground clearance: Greater than or equal to 12”.
- Must include a light material bucket and an 8 ft. snow pusher.

Period of Performance
Delivery of the Compact Wheel Loader is required within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order or sooner if agreed upon.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is specified as 491 NH Route 132 N, New Hampton, NH 03256.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. They must complete a Vendor Application Package prior to bid award. The successful vendor must warranty all equipment for at least one year from acceptance by the state. Additionally, vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
