Clinton Street Driveway Repair and Electrical Trench

Background
The State of New Hampshire, through its Department of Safety, Division of Administration, Bureau of Facilities Management, is seeking a qualified vendor to perform driveway grading and electrical trench excavation at 108 Clinton St, Concord NH.
This project aims to enhance the infrastructure and ensure proper installation for electrical conduit.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Driveway Grading/Repair:
- Provide crushed gravel/reclaim for driveway grading (approximately 8 - 18 cubic yards).
- Grade the driveway from the road to the fenced area (approximately 250 ft x 15 ft).
- Sub-grade the edges of the driveway using existing materials.

- Electrical Trench:
- Excavate approximately 300 ft of electrical trench at a depth of 36 inches for electrical conduit installation.
The facilities team will install the conduit while the vendor digs.
- Backfill the conduit with clean sand and existing materials.
- Sub-grade any disturbed areas after excavation.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 90 days of contract approval by the Governor and Executive Council.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at 108 Clinton St, Concord NH.

Bidder Requirements
All bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire. They must have a completed Vendor Application and Alternate W-9 Form on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. Additionally, bidders must be currently registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State and in good standing.
A certificate of good standing from NH Secretary of State, a certificate of authority/vote, and proof of comprehensive general liability insurance are required prior to performing any services.
