Chromx Rebar Splice Bars

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for ChromX Rebar Splice Bars.
The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order for supplying the State with specified items, in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.
This contract will be a one-time order.

Work Details
The successful vendor will provide 250 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #6 Female Splice Bars (48 inches) and 250 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #6 Male Splice Bars (48 inches).
All materials must meet the specifications outlined in the bid, including compliance with ASTM A1035 Grade 100 standards.
The products must be shipped covered to protect against water spray during transportation, and all 20-foot long reinforcing steel will be bound in one-ton bundles.
Certificates for Compliance, including mill reports showing that the material meets the required standards, must be provided by the vendor.

Period of Performance
Delivery of items is required within 10 weeks after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to NH DOT, 13 Range Rd, Franklin NH 03235.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award.
The successful vendor shall warranty all equipment/items for at least one year from the date received and accepted by the State.
All bids must include firm pricing in US dollars that covers delivery and all other costs.
