Checkmk Enterprise Yearly Software Subscription

Background
The State of New Hampshire, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking a Checkmk Enterprise Yearly Software Subscription. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the items indicated in the 'Offer' section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. The contract will be a one-time order with delivery required to the specified location.

Work Details
The specific products to be provided under this contract include Checkmk Enterprise Yearly Software Subscription - 300K, Checkmk VirtualAppliance Yearly Software Subscription - 300K, Checkmk Standard Yearly Software Support - 300K - Break/Fix engineering support via email, phone, and tickets (1 year term), and a Block of 100 Firstlight Engineering Professional Service Hours.

The contract also includes warranty requirements for all equipment/item awarded to Vendor for a period of not less than one (1) year or the manufacturer’s standard period of time, whichever is greater.

Period of Performance
The dates of service for the products are from 6/8/2024 to 6/8/2025.

The bid closing date is 5/21/2024 at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). All bid submissions shall be treated as firm offers to remain valid for acceptance for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the bid due date.

The F.O.B. destination for delivery is DOIT, 27 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.
