Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the replacement of carpet at 105 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH.
The goal is to establish a contract for the supply and installation of new carpet as specified in the bid invitation.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be required to supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to replace approximately 5,821 square feet of carpet in main hallways and staircases.
The vendor shall provide Alladin Commercial Rule Breaker carpet tiles in nickel 959.
No cove base is needed as the existing wood baseboard will remain.
Installation must comply with manufacturer's requirements and include preparation of the floor substrate as required for warranty compliance.
The work schedule will be from Friday through Monday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM unless otherwise arranged with the State.
The vendor must ensure that all work areas are left clean and ready for use upon completion.

Period of Performance
The approximate start date for work is June 23, 2025.
All services must be completed within thirty (30) business days from the award of the contract.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
