Boom And Scissor Lifts

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Boom and Scissor Lifts. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the specified items in accordance with the requirements outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details
The contract involves providing the following equipment:

1. Scissor Lift:
- Must meet or exceed specifications including:
- 25’ work height
- 19’ platform height
- 30” overall width
- 72” length stowed
- 39” roll out deck extension
- 500 lbs. lift capacity
- 250 lbs. extension deck capacity
- 24V electric powered with built-in charger
- On-board diagnostics system
- Fully proportional controls, AC wiring platform, AC drive
- Emergency platform lowering valve
- Tilt sensor with alarm, manual brake release
- Non-marking tires
- Hour meter
- 30% gradeability, motor alarm
- Lanyard attachment points

2. Boom Lift:
- Must meet or exceed specifications including:
- 61’ and 2” basket height
- 67’ and 2” work height
- 40’ and 6” horizontal reach
- 6’ jib and an 8’ basket
- 660 lbs. capacity
- 48V DC with a capacity of 390Ah, FLA
- 353 degrees turntable rotation
- AC outlet in platform and self-leveling platform.
Vendors must also provide material safety data sheets for all products covered by RSA 277-A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.”

Period of Performance
Delivery of items must be completed within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to the NH Department of Corrections located at 138 East Milan Rd., Berlin, NH 03570.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award.
