The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the supply, integration, and installation of an Audio Video Hardware Recording System. The goal is to replace the current aged A/V system in Hearing Room A to enhance the quality of audio and visual recordings for remote participants, court reporters, and transcription services.
The new system must integrate with existing video conferencing software and modern court recording software.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Replacing the current microphone system with specified equipment including QSC Amplifier CMX 300V, SHURE DFR22 Audio Processor, Audio-Technica UHF Synthesized Diversity Receiver ATW-R3100b, Mackie SR series 24.4.2-BUS mixing console, and AUDIX Microphones.
2. Installing a video camera system that provides a consistent zoom level and a 360-degree view of the hearing room.
3. Integrating wireless controllers at both the Commissioners’ bench and Clerk's station to manage audio/video feeds.
4. Maintaining a contingency digital recorder integrated into the A/V system.
5. Ensuring all equipment is compatible with existing connections (electrical power and ethernet) without requiring additional types of connections.
6. Providing training for PUC personnel on the new system.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed within a timeframe starting from the award date until completion of installation and training, expected to be within 45 business days after contract award.
