Asbestos Survey and Abatement

Background
The County of Carroll, NH is seeking to engage a qualified company to conduct an asbestos survey and perform abatement services at the Mountain View Annex Building located at 10 County Farm Rd, Ossipee, NH 03864.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe removal of hazardous materials in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Conducting a hazardous materials survey;
- Removing and disposing of hazardous materials identified in the survey, which include asbestos floor tiles, tile mastic, exterior door and window caulking, stainless steel sinks with asbestos soundproofing, and PCB fluorescent light ballasts.

Period of Performance
The project start date will be determined after the notification of the award, with an expectation for prompt commencement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Mountain View Annex Building, 10 County Farm Rd., Ossipee, NH 03864.
