2025 CIPP Sewer Main Lining Project

Background
The City of Nashua, NH, is seeking bids from qualified firms for the 2025 CIPP Sewer Main Lining Project. This initiative aims to enhance the city's sewer infrastructure by lining existing sewer mains to improve their functionality and longevity.

The project is managed by the Division of Public Works Engineering Department, with specifications prepared by Hayner/Swanson, Inc., now IMEG.

Work Details
The successful bidder will be responsible for performing a pre-lining CCTV video inspection for each specified pipeline, completing the lining process, and conducting a post-lining CCTV inspection. The project involves approximately 66,000 linear feet of sewer mains ranging in size from 6" to 36" that will be CIPP lined.

Additionally, around 8,300 linear feet are expected to require heavy cleaning and inspection before determining if lining will be performed. Specific tasks include:
- Heavy cleaning and root cutting of sewer mains (8" to 12", 14" to 18")
- CCTV video inspections before and after lining
- Lining of catch basin laterals (6" to 12")
- Lining of various sizes of sewer mains (including but not limited to 8", 10", 12", 14", 15", 18", 21", 24", 30", and 36") with corresponding pre-lining and post-lining video inspections.

Period of Performance
The project is anticipated to commence around April 1, 2025, following the issuance of a written 'Notice to Proceed.' Key completion milestones include:
- Partial Substantial Completion (40,000 linear feet) by December 31, 2025
- Project Substantial Completion by June 26, 2026
- Final Completion by July 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Nashua, New Hampshire.
