Background
The New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services, through its Division of Community Based Military Programs, is organizing the 2024 NH Veteran-Friendly Business Symposium.
This annual event aims to bring together businesses recognized for their supportive policies towards Service Members, Veterans, and their Families.
The symposium will feature speakers, presentations, and panels focused on enhancing recruitment and retention of Veterans in the workforce while promoting mental health and wellness initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services for the symposium scheduled for November 7, 2024 (with alternate dates of November 19, 20, or 21):
1. Meeting Space: A single room accommodating approximately 100 people for plenary sessions and meals.
2. Parking Accommodations: Adequate parking facilities close to the venue.
3. Audio Visual Equipment: Including a podium, three wireless microphones, a screen & projector for presentations, sound system support, and an on-site technician.
4. Food and Beverage Services:
- Continental breakfast (max $15 per person).
- Lunch with two hot entrée options and one vegetarian option (max $35 per person).
- Mid-afternoon dessert (max $10 per person).
- Coffee/hot tea and water stations available throughout the day.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on November 7, 2024, with potential alternate dates of November 19-21, 2024.

Place of Performance
The event will take place in Concord, Manchester, or the seacoast area of Portsmouth and surrounding towns in New Hampshire.
