20 Ton Capacity Industrial Crane

Background
The State of New Hampshire, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for a 20 Ton Capacity Industrial Crane. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the indicated item, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. The contract will be a one-time order with delivery required to a specific location.

Work Details
The vendor is expected to comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the vendor.

The vendor must deliver the goods or services satisfactorily and on schedule. All deliveries are subject to inspection and receiving procedure rules as established by the State of New Hampshire.

The successful vendor shall be solely responsible for meeting all terms and conditions specified in the bid and any resulting contract. The vendor must warranty all equipment/item awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period of time from the date the items are received, inspected, and accepted by the State.

Bid prices shall be in US dollars and shall include delivery and all other costs required by this bid invitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period specified by the State of New Hampshire. All payments shall be conditioned upon receipt and approval by the State of appropriate vouchers and upon satisfactory performance by the vendor.
