Background
The Nebraska Public Power District (District) is a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, responsible for managing various power plants and facilities. The District aims to implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Offboarding, and Crossboarding V2.0 to enhance employee lifecycle management through secure and automated processes. This initiative is part of the District's ongoing efforts to improve its human resources capabilities and provide a streamlined experience for employees throughout their tenure.

Work Details
The Consultant will provide services to implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Offboarding, and Crossboarding modules with integration into the District's existing IT infrastructure. Key tasks include:

- **Planning:** Conducting solution meetings to identify business requirements and documenting current-state processes.

- **Solution Design and Configuration:** Designing workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility; configuring role-based permissions; aligning with compliance requirements.

- **Compliance and Document Management:** Implementing standard compliance forms (e.g., I-9s, W-4s), managing document templates, and ensuring data privacy standards are met.

- **Notifications:** Defining a notification framework for onboarding milestones and exit-related tasks.

- **Integration:** Ensuring seamless data flow between existing SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems like Active Directory.

- **Change Management:** Developing strategies for stakeholder engagement and user adoption of new systems.

- **Reporting:** Configuring standard reports for monitoring onboarding/offboarding activities.

- **Training:** Providing training materials and knowledge transfer to District personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to begin upon full execution of the agreement in April 2026 and be completed by February 11, 2027.

Place of Performance
The primary location for the performance of this contract will be at the Nebraska Public Power District's General Office in Columbus, Nebraska.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the utility industry. Key personnel should have relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors modules. The Consultant's project team must be available during core business hours (8 AM - 5 PM Central Time) for effective communication.
