- Performing a detailed feasibility analysis of implementing AMI within the District
- Developing a robust business case study to support potential AMI deployment
- Delivering a final report and presentation materials by November 30, 2026

- The selected Consultant must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing information in APPENDIX F. The NDA form is available for download under the documents tab of this bid.
- Signed NDA forms should be returned to Sherri Lightfoot, Director of Purchasing, via email at sherri_lightfoot@mudnebr.com.
Submission Instructions:
- Proposals and pricing must be submitted by May 19, 2026, 3 PM, CDT.
- All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 8, 2026, 4 PM, CDT, via email to sherri_lightfoot@mudnebr.com. Please label all questions as Questions on AMI Feasibility and Business Case Study RFP .
- Responses to clarification questions will be distributed by May 14, 2026, 4 PM, CDT, as an Addendum to the original RFP.
Additional Key Dates:
- RFP Issuance: April 28, 2026
- Consultant Interviews: June 8, 2026 June 12, 2026
- Consultant Selection and Notifications: Anticipated no later than July 1, 2026
- Contract Effective Date: July 10, 2026
- Preliminary Budget Estimate: August 31, 2026
