Preventive Maintenance Services of CNG Fueling Station with opt RNG supply and RIN share

Background
The City of Lincoln, through its StarTran division, is seeking bids for Preventive Maintenance Services of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the CNG fueling station operates efficiently and meets manufacturer specifications. This contract also includes optional services related to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) supply and Renewable Identification Number (RIN) share.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventive maintenance services for the CNG fueling station, which includes:
- Monthly scheduled maintenance services (12 times per year).
- Weekly scheduled maintenance services (52 times per year).
- Hourly rates for call-out services during regular hours and for weekends/holidays.
- Optional services include providing a percentage off catalog prices for parts/supplies needed to service the contract and dispenser share percentage of D3 RINs.

Specific tasks during maintenance visits include checking compressors, dryers, dispensers, and conducting inspections as per manufacturer recommendations. The contractor must respond to service calls within two hours and be on-site within 12 hours when necessary.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed for a period of one year with options to renew for three additional one-year periods, subject to mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the City of Lincoln - StarTran garage located at 710 J Street, Lincoln, NE 68508.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the City of Lincoln/Lancaster County Purchasing Department and comply with federal guidelines due to funding from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Bidders are required to provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the attached insurance requirements. Additionally, bidders must acknowledge compliance with federal civil rights laws and regulations.
