Prefabricated Control Building for 115kV Substation (Princeton Road Station)

Work Requested:
The Nebraska Public Power District is seeking a contractor to provide a complete, factory-prefabricated control building for the Princeton Road Station 115 kV Substation. The scope of work includes:

• Supplying one (1) 28 feet x 60 feet (28' x 60') prefabricated substation control building
• Coordinating all planning, material procurement, and scheduling
• Providing all labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, and equipment necessary for the project
• Managing conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as required
• Ensuring the control building includes all specified components and miscellaneous equipment
• Assembling the control building on pier foundations (note: the foundations will be designed and installed by others)
