Background
The City of Omaha is seeking bids for the remodeling and conversion of Fire Station 21. This project involves transforming two sleeping rooms into three sleeping rooms to enhance the facility's functionality and capacity. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a Class A or B City of Omaha General Contractor's License at the time of bid submission. This bid has a Small and Emerging Business (SEB) reserve; non-SEB authorized bids will only be considered if no SEB authorized bids are received. Additionally, bidders must submit a bid bond from a surety company licensed in Nebraska or an acceptable substitute such as a certified check.
