Expression of Interest for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contractor (SCCT Facility)

Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is requesting expressions of interest from companies capable of providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the development of a Simple Cycle Combustion Turbine (SCCT) generation facility. The facility will be constructed on DISTRICT-owned property located near the existing Beatrice Power Station (BPS), specifically near West Hickory Road and Southwest 61st Road, northwest of Beatrice, Nebraska. This request is being issued by the Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT). The purpose of this contract is to support the DISTRICT's ongoing efforts to expand its generation capacity by constructing a new SCCT facility adjacent to its current infrastructure. Interested companies must be able to provide comprehensive EPC services for the SCCT generation facility as described.
