Background
The State of Nebraska, through its Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is seeking to contract a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based Vital Records Management System. Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is five (5) years from the date of execution. There is an option to renew for one additional five (5) year period upon mutual agreement. The State may extend the contract beyond its termination date if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The services will be performed within the State of Nebraska, with specific locations to be determined based on operational needs.
Bidder Requirements
