Description

University of North Dakota is seeking a vendor for E-waste disposal of surplus property.
Background
The University of North Dakota is seeking a vendor for the disposal and recycling of surplus electronic waste (E-waste). The goal of this contract is to ensure that electronic equipment that has reached the end of its useful life is disposed of in a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible manner.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following services related to E-waste disposal:
1. Drive Destruction/Certification - 1 Each;
2. Power Supplies/Misc Wire - 1 Each;
3. All In One Desktops - 1 Each;
4. Complete Computers - 1 Pound;
5. Pickup Fee ND - 1 Each;
6. Cell Phone Recycling - 1 Each;
7. Server/Network Equipment - 1 Each;
8. Electronic Waste Disposal - 1 Pound.

All services are to be delivered between July 14, 2025, and July 14, 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 14, 2025, to July 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of North Dakota.
