Noren Hall and Selke Hall Bid Package #1

Background
The University of North Dakota (UND) is seeking contractors to perform significant renovations on Noren Hall and Selke Hall. The primary focus of this contract is to enhance the facilities through roof replacement, elevator upgrades, and HVAC system improvements. This initiative aligns with UND's mission to provide a safe and modern learning environment for its students and staff.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the following services:

1. Noren Hall:
- Roof Replacement (Lump Sum)
- Mechanical Units Replacement (Air Conditioner Units) (Lump Sum)
- Elevator Modernization (Lump Sum)

2. Selke Hall:
- Roof Replacement (Lump Sum)
- Mechanical Units Replacement (PTEC Units) (Lump Sum)
- Elevator Modernization (Lump Sum)

3. Alternates for Selke Hall:
- Roof Alternate with Fully Adhered Membrane (Lump Sum).

All work is scheduled to be completed between May 20, 2025, and July 31, 2025.

The period of performance for this contract is from May 20, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the University of North Dakota campuses located in Grand Forks, ND.
