NDSU Concrete for 2 PENS

Background
The North Dakota State University (NDSU) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of concrete services for the construction of two pens at the Carrington Research Center.
The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality concrete work that meets specific design and structural requirements, supporting NDSU's mission in agricultural research.

Work Details
The contractor will provide concrete for two pens, each measuring 58 feet by 74 feet and 6 inches thick.
The concrete must include rebar reinforcement.
Additionally, the pens should be built up to elevation using clay and gravel, which must be compacted.
Preference will be given to contractors who do not require the removal of existing fencing.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on April 21, 2025, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Carrington Research Center located at 663 Highway 281 North, Carrington, ND 58421.
