Janitorial Services, Williston District

Background
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for its Williston District office. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the office and associated facilities, which aligns with NDDOT's mission to maintain safe and efficient transportation systems in North Dakota.

Work Details
The contractor will perform janitorial services at the following locations: 605 W Dakota Pkwy, Williston, ND 58801. Cleaning will occur when the office is closed unless otherwise approved. Specific areas to be cleaned include:

1. Main office (includes conference room, adjacent office, and hallway)
2. Shop lavatory
3. Equipment Building (3 offices, lavatories, hallway, breakroom)
4. West Building (lab/sign shop) entryway and lavatory
5. Outside stairwell.

Duties include:
- **Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends:**
- Clean and disinfect lavatories (toilets, urinals, sinks, etc.), restock supplies, empty waste baskets.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors in offices; dust furniture without removing papers.
- Clean break room surfaces and appliances; vacuum carpets.
- Sweep and mop hallways; clean water fountains.
- Maintain cleanliness in conference rooms.

- **Weekly:** Dust window ledges and clean customer windows in offices; maintain cleanliness of chairs in break rooms and conference rooms.
- **Monthly:** Clean inside/outside windows and doors; vacuum partitions.
- **Semiannually:** Deep clean carpets in all areas.
All cleaning supplies will be provided by NDDOT.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the NDDOT Williston District office located at 605 W Dakota Pkwy, Williston, ND 58801.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding nondiscrimination. The contractor must not engage in any form of discrimination based on race, color, or national origin during the performance of this contract. Additionally, bidders are required to provide a dedicated customer service representative for support throughout the contract duration.
