Background
The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is seeking to procure data processing services for the Title X North Dakota Family Planning Program (NDFPP).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management related to family planning services, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements and improving service delivery across the state.
Work Details
The vendor will provide comprehensive data processing services including:
- An updated Ahlers program manual
- Maintenance of the NDFPP Client Visit Report (CVR)
- Development of NDFPP reports
- Training on CVR and lab modules for state office and subrecipients
- Maintenance of the state lab HL7 interface
- Ongoing helpdesk support for program data modules
- Monthly processing reports for NDFPP
- Development and execution of data edits for Title X Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) requirements
- Provision of FPAR data reports by February 1 each year
- Creation of program-specific reports
- Complete FPAR data reports in accordance with current Title X requirements.
The vendor, Ahlers and Associates, will utilize their Windows-based Clinic Management Software which includes functionalities such as CVR data entry, client billing, insurance billing, lab results reporting, pharmacy log & inventory management, and appointment scheduling.
Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on April 1, 2025, and will conclude on March 31, 2026.
There is an option for annual renewal for up to three additional years under the same terms.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in North Dakota, specifically supporting two family planning sites that utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
