Background
Dickinson State University (DSU) is seeking proposals for the update of the kitchen and bathrooms at the campus President's residence. The goal of this contract is to enhance the living space through modernized fixtures and cabinetry, aligning with the university's commitment to maintaining its facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items for kitchen and bathroom updates:
- Two wall cabinets and two vanities in Buckskin stain finish or equivalent;
- One tall base cabinet and vanity in Maritime Painted finish or equivalent;
- ARIA Quartz or equivalent countertop with double radius edge 3cm;
- 71 Gibson, satin nickel, or equivalent cabinet pulls;
- One PROFLO or equivalent pull-out spray kitchen faucet in brushed nickel;
- Four PROFLO or equivalent single hole bathroom sinks in brushed nickel;
- Four 18 X 12 rectangular sinks;
- Two KARRAN or equivalent undermount strainer baskets;
- Labor to install cabinets;
- Labor to install cabinet pulls.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the products is set for August 15th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Dickinson State University, specifically at the Ag Building located at 400 State Ave, Dickinson, ND 58601.

Bidder Requirements
