The Life Skills & Transition Center (LSTC) is soliciting bids for the Boiler Water Treatment Program and Cooling Water Treatment Program. - Oxidizing biocide (liquid)
- Non-oxidizing biocide (slow dissolving tablets)
3. **Service Requirements**:
- Conduct training seminars for operating personnel on basic water chemistry and treatment programs.
- Provide regular service visits at least once every six weeks, including reviewing test records, inspecting equipment, and submitting reports.
- Maintain a laboratory capable of performing necessary analyses related to water treatment.
4. **Delivery Requirements**: Products must be delivered in metal tote containers suitable for the existing feeding systems at LSTC.
Period of Performance
The contract period will begin on July 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2027. There is an option for two additional renewals of 24 months each based on satisfactory performance.
