Background
The State of North Dakota's Information Technology Department (ITD) intends to enter into a contract with BEK Communications for the BEK Connect service, which will provide statewide VoIP services. This initiative aims to offer an alternative solution for small locations that cannot utilize the Enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Genesys Contact Center. The goal is to streamline service management by having a single vendor capable of supporting users across the state.

Work Details
The contract involves providing statewide VoIP services through BEK Connect. Key components include:
- Technical Support: Live-answer support available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time), with 24/7 on-call support outside regular hours.
- Response Time: Same-day response for all trouble tickets.
- Hardware Replacement: Guaranteed next-business-day hardware replacement.
- Statewide Coverage: Service technicians and parts depots located throughout the state, ensuring on-site support within 4 hours at any location.

Pricing includes:
- IP Trunk: $8.40/month
- DID’s (block of 20): $5.00/month
- Feature packs: $14.45-$17.60/month
- Call Center: $6.30-$24.50/month
- Fax: $3.50-$20.00/month
- Conference Bridge: $5.00-$15.00/month
- Call recording: $9.59/month
- Call reporting: $.73-$34.80/month

Additional features such as telephones, gateways, and paging may also be included.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a duration of two (2) years with three (3) optional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across North Dakota.
