Website Enhancement and Annual Hosting Services for University Content Management System (Ingeniux 10)

Background
Fayetteville State University (FSU) is a historically black university and a constituent institution of The University of North Carolina System, founded in 1867. With over 6,700 students, FSU is dedicated to improving student success through enhanced digital resources. The Office of Strategic Communication is seeking proposals for website enhancement services and annual hosting services for their content management system, Ingeniux 10.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide website enhancement services that include:
- Mobile-responsive redesign of existing pages
- Streamlined navigation to student resources
- ADA compliance updates
- Improved performance and load times
- Simplified user pathways to critical services and information.

Additionally, the vendor will conduct stakeholder interviews, develop a new site structure, streamline content for user engagement, and define targets and metrics through analytics and user testing. The vendor will also be responsible for annual hosting services equivalent to the current Ingeniux version 10.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term for website enhancement services is one year starting from the date of final contract execution. The annual hosting contract will begin on July 1, 2026, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Fayetteville State University located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered as North Carolina vendors in good standing. They are required to demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide references. Additionally, vendors must comply with HUB participation goals by utilizing small, minority, or women-owned businesses as subcontractors.
