Walston/Triangle Building Renovation Project - Re-Bid

Background
The Town of Saratoga, North Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of the Walston/Triangle Building. The goal of this renovation project is to restore and modernize the building to ensure a safe and functional space that meets the diverse needs of the community.

This is a re-bid solicitation.

Work Details
The project involves a Design/Build Contract for the renovation/reconstruction of the Walston/Triangle Building located at 7904 N. Rogers Street, Saratoga, NC 27873. The scope includes:
- Demolition of existing structures as needed
- Site work including sewer piping and plumbing
- Foundation repair
- Installation of an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp
- New exterior doors and windows
- Vinyl siding
- Seam metal roofing
- HVAC system installation including a split unit heat pump
- Interior renovations including electrical wiring, insulation, flooring, and an ADA compliant bathroom
- All necessary permits.

Deliverables include conceptual site plans, building plans, elevations, and a price proposal in Guaranteed Maximum Price format.

Period of Performance
The contract period will extend until the Certificate of Occupancy is achieved, which is expected to be on or before June 30, 2025.

The work will be performed at the Walston/Triangle Building located at 7904 N. Rogers Street, Saratoga, NC 27873.
