Videography Services for Magnet Schools

Background
The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is the largest school district in North Carolina and the 14th largest in the United States, serving approximately 160,000 students across 203 schools. The WCPSS Office of Magnet and Curriculum Enhancement is seeking professional videography services to enhance school marketing efforts through engaging video storytelling that aligns with updated messaging strategies for four specific magnet schools.

Work Details
The contractor will provide videography services to create a comprehensive visual content library and marketing videos for the following schools:
- Centennial Campus Magnet Middle School
- East Millbrook Magnet Middle School
- Wildwood Forest Magnet Elementary School
- Wake Forest Magnet Elementary School.

The scope of work includes:
- Project Management: Collaborate with WCPSS teams to develop timelines, coordinate filming activities (interviews, classroom scenes, tours), maintain consent records, and ensure communication.
- Content Strategy: Review existing materials to align new video content with audience research insights.
- Video Production: Produce 3–5 high-quality marketing videos per school including a general overview, program-focused features (e.g., STEM), short-form social media videos, and testimonials from students, staff, and parents. Capture B-roll footage and still photography for future use. Deliver an organized digital content library including raw footage and edited videos with full rights granted to WCPSS.

Period of Performance
All video production and content delivery must be completed no later than May 25, 2026, with one promotional video per school due by January 5, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at four magnet schools located within Wake County, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be licensed to do business in North Carolina and have at least two years of relevant experience. They must also maintain appropriate insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation. Vendors will be disqualified if listed on either the State of North Carolina or Federal Government debarred vendor registries.
