Background
The solicitation is for Vehicle Towing, Storage, and Auction Services for the DWI Offences and for Felony Speeding to Elude Arrest Program in compliance with North Carolina General Statutes 20-28-2 through 20-28.9. The program was previously administered by the Department of Public Instruction but was transferred to the North Carolina Surplus Property in 2015.
