Towing Services for Helene Titled Property

Background
The City of Asheville is seeking qualified, licensed towing contractors to provide services as part of the recovery efforts following Tropical Storm Helene. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the removal of titled property from various locations within the city limits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Work Details
The services to be provided under this contract include:

1) Removal of titled property from City Rights-of-Way (ROWs), private property, City property, or other designated areas within City limits as directed.

2) Documentation of towing, storage, and disposal processes in accordance with state and federal regulations, including the provision of all requested documentation to the City of Asheville.

Period of Performance
The estimated project start date is April 10, 2025. The specific duration of the contract will commence following the bid opening on April 4, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic limits of the City of Asheville.
