Term Contract for Bond Paper Supply (Fiscal Year 2025-2026)

Background
The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is the largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest in the United States, serving approximately 160,000 students across 199 schools.

The goal of this contract is to establish a term contract for the supply of bond paper for the fiscal year 2025-2026, ensuring that WCPSS can meet its operational needs effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide bond paper as specified: 840 cases of bond paper (10 reams per case), letter size (8-1/2" x 11"), dual purpose, 20#, with a minimum brightness of 92.

Delivery is required within ten (10) business days after receipt of order. All applicable shipping charges must be included in unit prices for the quote to be valid.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from June 17, 2025, with pricing valid through June 30, 2026. There is an option for WCPSS to extend the contract for up to two additional years in one-year increments if both parties agree.

Place of Performance
Products will be shipped FOB to Wake County Public Schools Central Receiving located at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC 27610.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must not be debarred from doing business with the State of North Carolina or Federal Government.

Vendors are required to conduct sexual offender registry checks on employees who will deliver goods or services to school properties. Certificates of insurance must be provided prior to commencement of work, including general liability and automobile liability coverage.
