Tennis Court Resurfacing and Repair Services for Multiple Parks

Background
The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is seeking to enhance the quality and usability of tennis courts across multiple parks. The goal of this contract is to provide resurfacing and repair services for tennis courts located at Fred Fletcher Park, Millbrook Park, Green Road Park, and Lake Lynn Park. This initiative aligns with the city's mission to maintain and improve recreational facilities for community use.

Work Details
The contractor will perform resurfacing and painting for a total of 24 tennis courts: 2 at Fred Fletcher Park, 14 at Millbrook Park, 4 at Green Road Park, and 4 at Lake Lynn Park. The scope of work includes:

- Repairing all cracks;
- Removing loose surfacing;
- Spraying cracks, dings, or depressions with patching material;
- Applying acrylic resurfacer as per manufacturer’s instructions (not diluted);
- Providing color resurfacer;
- Laying out and taping lines according to USTA standards;
- Cleaning, sanding, repainting net posts with black Rustoleum paint;
- Resetting net posts after drying;
- Disposing of all debris;
- Ensuring courts are left ready for use.

The project must comply with the project manual and included specifications.

Period of Performance
Work is expected to begin after the last frost in spring and must be completed within 210 days from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at four locations in Raleigh, North Carolina:

- Fred Fletcher Park (820 Clay St)
- Millbrook Park (1905 Spring Forest Rd)
- Green Road Park (4201 Green Rd)
- Lake Lynn Park (7921 Ray Rd).
