Delivery to include uncrating, setup, and removal of all packaging materials. WCPSS reserves the right to determine if bidder's functional equivalent is acceptable. Quotes submitted without the proper documentation will not be considered. Products quoted must meet or exceed the quality and durability of the referenced. Item numbers and descriptions are from Cleveland. Unit prices must include all applicable shipping charges for quote to be valid. WCPSS reserves the right to award line by line or to the overall lowest bidder. Shipping to seven different WCPSS schools.

The contract involves providing quotes for the following items:
1. MODEL #24-CGA-10; STEAMCRAFT ULTRA 10; TWO COMPARTMENT FLOOR MODEL DESIGN PRESSURELESS CONVECTION STEAMER GAS STEAM GENERATOR, 125M BTU; NATURAL GAS: 120 VOLT/1 PHASE/1.5 AMP.
2. MODEL #21-CET-8; STEAMCRAFT ULTRA 3; PRESSURELESS CONVECTION STEAMER, ELECTRIC STEAM GENERATOR, 8 KW; 208 VOLT/3 PHASE/23.6 AMP.
3. 24” HIGH STAINLESS STEEL STACKING STAND for double stacking the new steamer on top of an existing Cleveland steamer.
4. #107166 STACKING KIT.

Delivery must include uncrating, setup, and removal of all packaging materials. All products quoted must meet or exceed the quality and durability of the referenced models, and unit prices must include all applicable shipping charges.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue as specified in individual purchase orders for each school, with bids due by September 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to seven different WCPSS schools located in Wake County, North Carolina.
