Each Request for Resume (RFR) will detail specific responsibilities, duties, and qualifications required for the positions. A Supplement Agreement may be established for each assignment outlining job descriptions, compensation terms, duration of employment, attendance expectations, confidentiality requirements, performance metrics, and termination conditions. Contractors are expected to comply with OSHA regulations and maintain safety standards during their assignments.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on November 24, 2025, following the award of the contract by the City Council on November 10, 2025.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Charlotte and may extend to other public agencies that utilize the Master Agreement through OMNIA Partners.
Bidder Requirements
Companies must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including those related to occupational health and safety. They must also register with the City’s vendor registration system to execute a contract and receive payment. Participation by minority-owned businesses (M/WBE) is encouraged as part of the City's equal opportunity purchasing policy.
