The Town of Wake Forest is seeking qualified firms to design, produce bid documents, and oversee the construction of a Skate Park. The goal is to enhance recreational facilities in the area, aligning with the Town's mission to provide quality parks and recreational resources. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience in project management and design.

Work Details
The project includes the design and construction of a Skate Park featuring various amenities such as:
- Skate Park
- Paved pump track
- Restrooms
- Picnic shelter building
- Two outdoor basketball courts
- Outdoor fitness court
- Parking facilities
- Security measures
- 850+ additional linear feet of greenways
- Space for food trucks
- Signage compliant with the Town’s Unified Development Ordinance
- Landscaping that enhances facility aesthetics according to the Town’s guidelines.

The selected firm will also be responsible for conducting public engagement meetings, coordinating with Town staff, and ensuring compliance with all necessary reviews and permits.
