Shuttle Service Proposals for Campus and Surrounding Areas

Background
Fayetteville State University (FSU), a public comprehensive, Historically Black University, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide shuttle service on campus and to the Bronco Midtown Center and student apartment complex (UPA) across from the main campus.

The university aims to support its diverse student body, which includes a significant percentage of adult learners, military-affiliated students, and first-generation college students. The shuttle service is intended to enhance accessibility for approximately 6,847 enrolled students during the spring semester and summer sessions.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide continuous shuttle service on campus and to the Bronco Midtown Center and UPA during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm during the spring semester
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm during summer sessions.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for these services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will end on July 31, 2025. The university has the option to renew the contract for three additional one-year terms at its discretion.

Place of Performance
The shuttle service will operate on Fayetteville State University's campus and extend to the Bronco Midtown Center and UPA located across from the main campus.
