The State of North Carolina, through the Department of Health and Human Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 38-26014 to procure Secured Service Access (SSA) for the existing Networked Video Recorder Enterprise Solution manufactured by American Dynamics.
The goal of this contract is to ensure continued updates and support for the operation of VideoEdge Servers and Victor Video Clients as part of the Integrated Security System at Cherry Hospital. This system is crucial for maintaining building security through effective camera functionality, data recording, and storage.
Work Details
The contractor will provide software maintenance and support services for the following products:
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (43 units)
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (40 units)
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (40 units)
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (40 units)
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (105 units)
- SSA VideoEdge NVR, Per Camera License (90 units)
- SSA Victor Video, Per Client/Agent License (28 units)
Each license will be provided for a duration of twelve (12) months or one (1) year. The contractor must ensure that all software is maintained and updated regularly to prevent any disruption in service.
Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of three years, invoiced annually. The effective date will be specified in the Notice of Award and will expire on the anniversary date unless terminated earlier or otherwise stated.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Cherry Hospital in North Carolina.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with E-Verify requirements as per N.C.G.S. ยง 143B-1350(k). Additionally, vendors must complete a Disclosure Statement regarding any work performed outside the United States.
