Secure Cash Transport Services for University Campuses

Background
NC State University Cashier’s Office (UCO) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide secure cash transport services. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and reliable transfer of cash, coin, and checks across various locations within the university's campuses, including the Main Campus, Centennial Campus, Joyner Visitor’s Center, NCSU Palisades Building, the Arboretum, and the Veterinary School Hospital.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and checks at designated locations on campus. This includes ensuring secure transport services for money and other valuables as outlined in the commodity codes:

- UNSPSC 921218 for armored car services
- UNSPSC 931517 for currency transport.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all required services are fulfilled as specified in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations on NC State University's campuses including the Main Campus, Centennial Campus, Joyner Visitor’s Center, NCSU Palisades Building, the Arboretum, and the Veterinary School Hospital.
