Sealed Proposal for Construction Project: Durham School of the Arts

Background
The contract is for the construction of the new Durham Public Schools Durham School of the Arts in Durham, NC. The project is being managed by Monteith/Balfour Beatty Construction, a Joint Venture. The contract includes multiple bid packages for demo and abatement work on various buildings within the school. Work Details
The work to be completed under this contract includes demo and abatement work on Buildings 1 & 2, Buildings 3 & 4, and a combo of Buildings 1-4. Period of Performance
The bid opening for the packages is scheduled for March 7th, 2024 at 2:00PM. The MWBE Outreach Meeting for the project will be held on February 19, 2024 at 2:00pm virtually through Microsoft Teams and in person at Duke Homestead State Historic Site Conference Room, with the Pre-Bid Meeting following at 3:00pm on the same day.
