- Engine: Minimum 15-liter, 500 HP, turbocharged inline 6-cylinder diesel engine capable of using B20 biodiesel fuel.
- Transmission: Allison 4500RDS Gen 5 automatic transmission with PTO provision.
- Suspension: Front axle rated at 20,000 lbs and rear tandem axle rated at 46,000 lbs.
- Tires: Specific sizes for front, rear, and tag axles.
- Fuel Tanks: Minimum 70-gallon aluminum fuel tank and a minimum 13-gallon DEF tank.
- Brake System: Anti-lock brakes with specific dimensions for front and rear brakes.
- Electrical System: Includes heavy-duty alternator and LED lights.
- Cab Interior: High back air ride seats, heat/defrost with air conditioning, AM/FM stereo radio with Bluetooth.
