Roster of Pre-Approved Photography and Videography Service Providers for Campus Events

Background
The University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) is seeking to establish a roster of pre-approved photography and videography contractors for various assignments. The goal is to procure non-exclusive services from qualified individuals or organizations for occasions such as university portraits, speaking engagements, student life events, donor profiles, scientific research documentation, brand imagery, awards ceremonies, and more.

Work Details
The selected vendors will provide photography and videography services that include:
- High-resolution (300 dpi) images of key attendees, exhibits, speakers, and candid crowd photography.
- Group portraits.
- Editing and delivering high-resolution images in digital format.
- Producing content that aligns with UNCG's branding guidelines.
- Providing university portraits compliant with branding standards.
- Offering photography or videography editing services.

These services are intended for various occasions such as event coverage, social media content creation, virtual tours, and more.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year from the effective date of contract execution. UNCG has the option to renew the contract for up to four additional one-year terms at its discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed on the campus of the University of North Carolina Greensboro and potentially at other locations as required by specific assignments.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State prior to entering into a contract with UNCG. Additionally, vendors must demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide references. Subcontracting out photography or videography services requires prior approval from UNCG for each instance.
