Background
Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Bids from individuals or firms interested in providing services for the roof replacement on the High Point Detention Center, located at 507 Green Street High Point North Carolina.

Work Details
The solicitation is for the roof replacement at the High Point Detention Center. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications are available for viewing on Guilford County’s Vendor Self Service automated bidding system. Respondents or their subcontractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina.
Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged.

Period of Performance
Bids will be received until April 9, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on March 19, 2024, and a non-mandatory site walkthrough will be held on March 20, 2024.

The work will be performed at the High Point Detention Center, located at 507 E. Green Drive, High Point, NC.
