Background
The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is seeking proposals for the Galen Stone Hall and Eliot Hall Roof Replacement project. The project involves the removal and replacement of slate and metal roofing, as well as structural and framing repairs, below grade waterproofing, and drainage work at 6136 Burlington Road, Gibsonville, NC 27249.

Work Details
The project includes the removal and replacement of slate and metal roofing, structural and framing repairs, below grade waterproofing, and drainage work. The contractor is required to furnish labor, material, and equipment for the construction. The project will be a Single Prime Contract with all proposals being lump sum. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to address the project scope, description, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
