RFQ - Owner's Advisor Services

Background
The City of Fayetteville is seeking Statements of Qualification from qualified firms and/or individual professionals to provide Owner’s Advisor Services for capital construction and renovation projects. The goal is to enhance the management and execution of various city building projects, ensuring they meet necessary regulations and quality standards.

Work Details
The selected firm(s) will provide professional Owner’s Advisor services for a variety of City building projects, which include renovating office buildings, essential government services facilities, and maintenance buildings.

Future projects may also encompass new building construction, site work, carpentry, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, fire protection, roofing, and IT improvements. Current funded projects include:
- 911 Communications Facility
- Fire Stations 2, 4, 9, 16
- Mable C. Smith Community Center
- Mazarick Park Tennis Center
- McArthur Road Sports Complex.

The Owner’s Advisor will work closely with the City’s project manager and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Services may include development of project scope, procurement planning, contract negotiation support, project execution planning, monitoring costs, facilitating meetings and progress reviews, and supporting project completion/closeout.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to start as soon as practicable following the award in February 2025 and will continue as needed for various projects over an indefinite period.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
