The lease term is for a minimum of five years with options for renewal. This initiative aims to provide adequate office facilities for the Greensboro Division of Public Health.

Work Details
The leased space must meet specific requirements including:
- Approximately 3,568 net usable square feet.
- Ground level preferred; if on an upper floor, an elevator with wheelchair access is required.
- Must include various office configurations such as senior-level offices, conference rooms, secure storage rooms, and a kitchenette.
- Adequate electrical outlets (minimum 100 Volt duplex) and telecommunication outlets (minimum 25 required).
- Compliance with ADA standards and local building codes.
- Parking requirements include 2 client parking spaces (one handicapped accessible) and 13 employee parking spaces if provided at no extra charge.
- Adequate vehicular circulation for state-owned vehicles is also necessary.
