RFP for Executive Search Services for County Manager Position

Background
Mecklenburg County, located in the State of North Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Executive Search and Recruitment services for the County Manager position within its County Manager's Office.

The goal of this contract is to identify and recruit a suitable candidate for the County Manager role, which is critical for the effective governance and administration of the county.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive search and recruitment services specifically for the County Manager position.

This includes but is not limited to: conducting outreach to potential candidates, screening applicants, facilitating interviews, and providing recommendations based on qualifications and fit for the role.

The vendor must demonstrate expertise in human resources consulting services as outlined by NIGP Code 91866.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by the due date of proposals, which is no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
